Long before modern plumbing reached the old homes of Norfolk, sailors whispered stories about a siren who watched over ships entering the harbor during storms.
They said her voice could be heard above the waves, steady, calm, impossible to ignore. Those who followed her song found safe harbor.
Generations later, a local plumber began noticing something familiar in the work itself. Homes spoke in their own language: knocking radiators, failing cast iron, hidden leaks, tired pipes beneath, weathered floors.
Where others heard problems, he heard stories. And just like the sailors before him, homeowners didn’t need panic. They needed guidance.
So Siren Pipeworks was founded on a simple belief:

A Message From the Owner
My story didn't begin with plumbing. Back in 2007, I was fixing bicycles, but I've always had this drive to understand how things work and make them better. That curiosity led me to plumbing in 2013, where I apprenticed under excellent mentors right in the heart of Norfolk.
Working the historic buildings of Ghent, the brick colonials of Larchmont, and the older homes of North Shore in Norfolk shaped the way I see this trade. From there I crossed over to the older beach cottages along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, the sprawling estates of Bay Colony, and the well-built ranch homes in the historic neighborhood of Thoroughgood. Along the way I developed a deep appreciation for aging systems that most plumbers simply don't take the time to understand. Through years of hands-on work, I found my calling: solving plumbing challenges with real skill and genuine care.
But somewhere along the way, I also fell in love with old buildings. Every one of them tells a story. You can hear it in the pipes, see it in the repairs that came before you, and feel it in the way the system was designed for a different era. These homes sing songs of their history, and learning to listen to them became one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
